Secret Agent Party

For Bridger's 6th Birthday he requested a Secret Agent Party--I know this was back in May...but here's to New Year's Resolutions!!! :)

I found this fun idea on the Martha Stewart site--I made up the invite and then overlaid this squiggly design on it from photoshop...the kids LOVED it!  I know some of them wouldn't let their siblings read it--it IS top secret you know!! :)

And becuase I love a good mustache as much as the next person, we made this our theme.  Did I say we?  I meant 'me'....

Mustache Cake Banner!!!

And chocolate mustache suckers--my favorite!!!

And can you believe that this was our first party with balloons?  I know...we have problems... Bridger was ecstatic to say the least--and so was Charlotte, let's be honest--what baby doesn't love a balloon!

When the kids first arrived, we had to take their mugshot--while they were in disguise!  Then I printed off their picture, took their fingerprints and made them a fun ID badge!

The kids even thought of a code name for themselves...Kennedy was "diamond" and Bridger was "2.0 Alan"---have no idea where that one came from!!!

To earn their Secret Agent title, the kids had to crawl through laser beams...

And then they were given water guns and they had to find the target and shoot at it!  the target just happened to be on Jeremy's back...oops!

Then they had to walk across the sidewalk without setting off the landmines (snaps...) but in the end it turned out to be "who can set off the land mines"....those snaps are just too tempting!

Then we went back to the laser beams...this time they had to get through with out getting hit by a bomb!  (a water balloon of course!)

We finished off the fun party with Bridger's favorite part--cake and presents!

It turned out to be such a fun party!  The kids loved their I.D badges and disguises--and I loved seeing Jeremy get chased by a hoard of children holding water guns!!!  hee hee :)
