But that's not the worst part. He then asked me if I was sleeping. Now this I woke up to. I was angry. Why would he ask me if I was asleep at 2 in the morning? Of course I was asleep. I was mad...confused...bitter. And I never even answered his question.
So, I have come to this conclusion. I have anger issues in my sleep. I am always yelling at someone or something. This is not in my daytime nature, so I must be letting off steam or stress...I guess. Usually, I wake myself up to these tyrants. For instance, a few weeks ago, I can remember waking up mid-yell to my brother. I was asking him to get me a glass of water...with ice.
I also remember having yelled at the cat, but mostly its strangers in my dreams. And I don't know if I would even classify it as "yelling". It's more like a "stern talking to" with lots of eye rolling and deep sighing or grunting out of frustration.
I feel bad for Jeremy. I wake him up a lot. And I think I've only heard him talk in his sleep a handful of times. He has a theme too: concrete. Yes, he dreams a lot about concrete, he is an engineer after all.
I'm just thankful he doesn't sleepwalk--cause that really freaks me out. And he should be thankful that I don't get physical--he's never woken up with a black eye before :)

You and your family never stop making me laugh! What a funny post :).
That is HILLARIOUS! I love that you were all mad that he woke you up... The sweet, easy going Lindsay I know has a different side to her at night huh. Oh and concrete, what fun interesting dreams Jer has. You had me laughing out loud on this post, Love you guys!
It's not just concrete. I mix it up with asphalt. I'm thankful I don't sleep walk as well...between your angry dreams and polish strength I would certainly be injured:)
Ha ha ha!!! Lindsay you used to yell at Jordan a lot in your sleep!!! Poor Jeremy.....do you ever dream that your feet are planted in concrete and someone is chasing you and you can't run away?? Food for thought.....
Apparently you are suffering from unusual dream repetition. The back of your brain produces your dreams in your REM period. At night, I suggest every night you tell yourself that you will not have angry dreams and, overtime, your brain naturally will process what you say. Trust me.. im an expert at this... And for Jeremy, well I guess he is just doomed. BTW power to Manufacturing Eng!
Oh man, tears came from laughing at this post! So funny. You and your family are the best. So entertaining!
You should listen to Sean sounds like he is an expert. Dreams are funny things. I woke up one time telling Jordan line 1 was for him. He looked at me and laughed. I always have dreams about work too, like trying to give my dogs jobs. Ha ha it seemed to make sense in my dreams.
uhm jeff totally was say HELP! HELP! in his sleep the other night... what the heck!
